Meredith Gregerson is a licensed esthetician and the founder of The Selah Spa, created from her love for skincare and helping others feel confident in their own skin. A graduate of New Beginnings School of Cosmetology, Meredith is passionate about personalized treatments, and creating a relaxing, welcoming experience for every client. When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find Meredith spending time with friends and family, trying out new skincare products, or playing with her precious Cavapoo, Millie. She’s so excited to bring high-quality, intentional skincare to the Gadsden community and can’t wait to welcome you into The Selah Spa.

The word Selah is found throughout the Bible, especially in the Psalms, and is believed to meanpause, rest, and reflect. It represents a moment to stop, breathe deeply, and be present — to reset both your heart and your mind.
At The Selah Spa, we wanted to create more than just a place for skincare. We wanted a space where you could step away from the busyness of life, slow down, and truly care for yourself. Every treatment is designed to be a moment of rest, restoration, and renewal — a true selah in your day.
